Sunday the 20th of March, there were thirty-one drivers on track to get in contact with the circuit of Imola, where the second appointment of the Formula Renault 2.0 Italia Championship will take place. Prema was present in this test with its young driver Matteo Chinosi. It was his first experience on this difficult and technical circuit
"Certainly, it was a positive experience for Matteo. During the test we mainly concentrated on helping Matteo to feel confident and to improve the aspects strictly connected with his driving style" declared Andrea Mercatelli, race engineer responsible for Chinosi's vehicle.
The driver was also satisfied with the test "I am pleased with the test carried out here, in Imola. The feeling with the team and the vehicle are improving quickly. It was important for me, above all to get to know the circuit which is surely one of the most technical and demanding tracks in Europe. My next objective is to improve the use of new tyres."
