Oschersleben Test Round-Up

This was the last official test organized by RST for the drivers that will be taking part in the Formula Renault 2.0 European Championship before the opening event programmed for the first Sunday in May, on the Belgian circuit of Zolder. Drivers and teams were present in the German circuit of Oschersleben for a two-day-test conditioned by changeable weather. This allowed all the teams to try different situations : soaked, wet and dry track conditions
Once more the results achieved by our Team were very positive. Unfortunately, Kamui Kobayashi did not have a good performance, due to many problems with his vehicle, that on this occasion a German team rented to Prema.
"I am satisfied with the results obtained on these two days. Patrick was always among the three fastest drivers. Today we interrupted the test after the morning session in order to allow our team to travel to Rome for the opening of the Italian Championship. Frenchman Tom Dillmann is constantly improving. On a very difficult track, he made relevant times. This morning he obtained the fourth best chronometric result. Kobayashi had a series of technical problems with his vehicle. He was able to run only for a short time, but anyway he was fast and got used to the changeable conditions of the circuit" said Angelo Rosin, Prema Team Principal.
Tom Dillmann: "It was my first test in Oschersleben. Test after test I feel more confident with my vehicle and Team. Once more we worked well and now we have to get ready , in the best possible way, for the first appointment of the Championship."
Kamui Kobayashi: "What can I say about this test? The vehicle, that this time the Team rented to allow me take part in the test, had a lot of problems. In the short time I was able to run the results were good. Before the race here, in Oschersleben, we still have two days of test and I will be able to concentrate and work with my vehicle."
Patrick Rocha: "I am satisfied with my performance on both, wet and dry track conditions. Certainly, I could have done better, because in the fastest lap I found some slower vehicles that obstructed the road."
